The Met used to the nicest unique building in Sathorn, but recently they have launched a new project just next door which will close the view for a lot of units. So I recommend to choose a property behind the main Sathorn road Tower F, E or D. The layout of the 3 bedrooms 200 sqm is perfect for a family, they got the big terrasse balcony around 20 sqm which is very unique in Sathorn. Every unit on the hight zone got a private lift which is a big plus.
The building is very well maintained with a huge amount of facilities including, pool, gym, squash courts, running track, and studio. The building has a two tennis courts but they are unusable at the moment and need to be fixed up. The units are very spacious and allow for some great renovation projects!

The kid's pool is like the general communal pool separated from the adult pool exactly. There are 2 fitness rooms here to use. You can also see the city view. You can exercise and see the view at the same time.
There are only 487 car parking spaces, an average 53% of the room, which is very little. One more thing here, I believe everyone who visits this condo will see the abandoned building view across the street. That is only about 100 meters away. I recommend choosing a room on the south or east side because you can avoid those terrible buildings view.
