i've been living in a 1-bedroom condo for a while now. i like modern design and decorative furniture. the common areas are equipped with modern amenities and also an on-site restaurant. oh, another thing, the project is near the mall, convenience stores, schools, yanhee hospital, and bang o mrt, which makes it easier to get to work.

this condo has a very large swimming pool and is fully equipped with other facilities, such as a gym and an excellent security system. my 1-bedroom unit is furnished with high-quality furniture, which is strong and durable. i had a good experience staying here and did not encounter any problems. overall, it is good, staff, neighbors, security guards. all are excellent! in addition, it is close to bang phlat mrt and expressway. it makes traveling anywhere very convenient. highly recommended!

i have rented a room in this condo for years. it is in a community area with lots of food and restaurants, and there is also a convenience store and a laundry shop. it's quite convenient to get around because there are many public transportation choices, such as bang phlat mrt, buses, taxis, and motorcycle taxis which i usually take. the unit i rent has 2 bedrooms, good proportion, and is fully furnished, so i don't have to pay more for decoration. my favorite part of the condo is the facilities i often use on the weekend, such as the saltwater swimming pool, the fitness room, the juristic person, wifi on the first floor and rooftop, the garden area, the 24-hour security system, etc. living here is very secure and relaxed.
