i have visited many pet friendly condos but none reaches the level of ideo morph 38 + ashton morph 38 (same complex, different buildings). ideo morph 38 offers a wide range of duplex in its 8 floors. the building is well managed and with high standards of security. the swimming pool is beautiful and the coworking is amazing. nice pet policy (strict one) that guarantees that it is nice to have a dog or a cat here. some other buildings are flexible policy (meaning: no rules at all). but here is not the case.

my wife and i live in supalai veranda ramkamhaeng (svr) for a bit more than 1 year. we purchased a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo here and are very happy. it is surprisingly quiet to live here. the main advantages of svr and our place are: > o meters to the subway station rajamangkala (directly at the project entrance) > 2 bathrooms in the largest 2 bedroom condos > kitchen with hood exhaust that sucks fumes to the outside of the condo > 2 entrances/exits to the project (ramkamhaeng + huamark) > tops supermarket inside the project > sports authority thailand complex with healthy park and stadium for walking/jogging within walking distance.

the condo has a better finishing that the neighbouring base projects, but also belongs to sansiri's t77 community. you can directly walk to habito mall through a separate entrance at the back. the street side can be noisy, but canal side is quiet and has a magnificent city view. on nut freshmarket and big c make grocery shopping convenient. also you can access the expressway directly now that the sansiri bridge has been opened for traffic. the bts is a 7 minute walk away, albeit through a busy area. facily management works via the sansiri app, your will notified when you've received packages, etc. overall it's good value for your money.

elements is by far my favorite place to live having lived at two other condominiums in the past three years. elements have great facilities such as a gym and swimming pool. all public areas are kept clean and well-maintained. the juristic office was always incredibly friendly and helpful. i once saw someone damage my motorcycle, juristic office was willing to share all the cctv videos with me. the units at elements are great, it is a clean, modern project with very large rooms. having stayed in a 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom unit, there was always plenty of space. the project is also pet-friendly. the location is phenomenal, down a small street but right across the road from seacon square, paradise park, the train market, and rama 9 park. there was always plenty to do in the area.

iris condominium is an older project, hence their rooms are of a larger size. the rooms are very spacious and allow for great comfort. the rooms are a bit old and worn down, but acceptable. facilities such as the gym and the swimming pool are also worn down but can still be used. there is a hairdresser and a small minimarket within the project. in general, the project and its units are livable and often priced at a very competitive price.

the project is situated in a great area. with max value next door, everyone had access to the multiple amenities there. with nearby malls such as the mall bangkapi & seacon square, residents were never far away from their convenience. by living at lumpini everyone had fast access to the motorway & with the new mrt line opening up, all residences have easy access to public transportation. the project itself provided all the standard facilities other projects of similar caliber offered. the rooms are standard lumpini rooms with small sizes, thin walls, and standard interior design. at the time the price matched the value of the room. this project is recommended for anyone looking to live a simple life where you might be outside of the room more than inside.
