this condo has a unique design. the architects are excellent, including the room's function or the living spaces are very well designed. the common area has many shared facilities, such as a pool and fitness center. moreover, it is designed in a minimalist style, appears modern, and responds very well to modern people's needs. the project is in a fantastic location. it's right next to the street ratchada, a popular local hangout for teenagers. some restaurants and bars are open 24 hours a day. another thing, this place is very close to my workplace. the mrt station is only 2 minutes away, making it convenient, whether driving or taking public transportation. the project also has a shuttle bus service to mrt stations.

everyone said that the condo here is too expensive. for me, it is an acceptable price because the project is luxurious and designed the room quite well. my room is a 1 bedroom and fit for 1-2 people. there is a swimming pool on the 6th floor with bangkok's breathtaking view, especially at night. it is also located next to many shopping centers and walking to the mrt cultural center is just about 5 minutes !! overall i am impressed here! it is recommended !!

this project is well designed. i like it! the room i stayed in is a one-bedroom unit of perfect size with complete furniture. the rental price is reasonable, but i wouldn't say i like the laminate flooring as it can be a bit difficult to maintain. by the way, i really like the fitness center, which is spacious and fully-equipped. it's comparable to many top-class fitness centers. more importantly, the project is located on the main road near the cultural center mrt, making it easy to get around.

this condo is near the office. we bought it here because it is close to the office, 5 minutes' walk to the office, making us very convenient to live in the city. the atmosphere inside the condo is relatively calm, shady, and not crowded. there are only residents living in the condo, giving us a enjoy on our vacation time.

this condo looks a bit old because it was built a long time ago, but it is still beautiful in resort style. it is a lovely condo in the city with, good atmosphere. i decided to buy a 3 bedroom unit to live with my husband and son. the room is spacious, uses high-quality materials and calming colors. there are complete facilities. this project also includes hotel management; therefore, there are security guards who take good care of us. i always feel at ease throughout my stay. the location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to esplanade and thailand cultural mrt station. moreover, the project has plenty of parking lots. this area has traffic congestion. i think using a private car is not a good option.

i have lived here for years. it's a luxury condominium that i can touch from the first step of the entrance to the rooftop. the room offers modern functions that are convenient to use. the furniture used to decorate is of good quality at a reasonable price. the common areas are modernly equipped with complete facilities like a 5-star hotel. there is a golf course, separate male's and female's saunas, a rooftop swimming pool overlooking a stunning city view. moreover, the gym includes more than 10 pieces of equipment. unfortunately, the parking here is relatively quite small and insufficient for the residents. besides, the rooms range from 1 to 2 bedrooms with 1 right for car parking space. as for me, i stay in the studio room, and mostly i have to find parking as visitors' parking space, so most of the time, i solved the problem by using the skytrain service to get around because it is near thailand cultural mrt, just 5 minutes walk. overall, i'm very impressed with staying here.

i previously bought a three-bedroom condo with a unit area of 500 sq.m. when i bought it, the price wasn't as high as the recent one. i consider it very worthwhile to buy on that day because now my room can be rented out by the customer with a long-term contract for up to 5 years. it is ideal for living or renting out due to its good location, convenient transportation, near shopping malls, many convenience stores, and government offices. even though there are some traffic jams sometimes, there are various modes of transportation according to our preferences, including motorbike taxis, taxis, or even you can call grab taxis. all transportation services are considered convenient and reasonably priced. this place, although a bit old, still looks good and well maintained. because compared to modern condos, this room size is expensive. for me, i personally don't focus on luxury, and just convenience is sufficient for me. most importantly, my room has been rented for a long time.
