the project is located in an excellent location of the sam yan area, next to the rama iv road, and just a short walk to hua lamphong mrt. it is also close to many famous shopping centers in siam, such as siam paragon and siam discovery. it is so great for a shopper like me! there are many famous restaurants where you can enjoy many excellent local foods without getting bored. this project is very modern with a simple design. my one-bedroom apartment is fully equipped with all functions and well designed space. the common area is very clean and well maintained. the staff is friendly, always helpful, and able to resolve a simple problem quickly. recommend!

i just visited the sales gallery and viewed the mock-up room. personally, i'm quite impressed with the room types and the facilities. i'm interested in a 1-bedroom unit with a decent size and a nice layout. the furniture is a high-quality and reasonable price. the facilities are various, such as a garden, a swimming pool, a game room and many more. honestly, the project is quite far for walking. if it's your daily transportation or coming home late, you should think about it. i don't worry about commuting. so far, the project hasn't been completed yet. hopefully, it happens soon.

my daughter will join the university in the next 2 years, so i'm looking for a condo with strict security near her university, and i found this project. the location is convenient in the center of siam, near many department stores, shops, and the university. you can walk or use a shuttle service from the project. inside, there are many common areas such as a swimming pool, parking lot, garden, games room, etc. the room i viewed is a 2-bedroom unit, beautifully designed and furnished with quality furniture. the privacy is pretty high as the number of units is quite limited too. the project is currently under construction. it will be completed soon. i was looking forward to seeing how well it would work out.

good location and close to chulalongkorn university, surrounded by many restaurants, shopping malls, markets, and offices. it's one of the bustling areas, which is perfect for investment. the project site has complete facilities and meets working people and students' needs to spend their lives conveniently. it comprises a private conference room, multi-purpose room, relaxing corners, leisure gardens, game room, etc. there is also a shuttle bus service to nearby places, considered for life in the city perfectly. the room is spacious, fully furnished, and large glass windows overlooking bangkok city view. it's very pleasant to live, matching the urban life's needs.

lavish high-rise condo in a convenient location, next to rama iv road. easy to travel as it's 400 meters away from the hua lamphong mrt. the atmosphere is livable and quiet. there are a swimming pool, fitness, and parking for residents. the people here are excellent. the staff is helpful and service-minded. i paid a lot, but it's good value for money, very satisfied.
