the project location is considered rare to find. i think i can't find a spot like this anymore in the middle of a city like this. the selling point is the project's location. you can walk to the shopping malls such as siam paragon, siam center, and mbk center in just a few minutes from the project. it is also convenient for cu students since it is so close to chulalongkorn university. the project has included complete common areas such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, a garden, and a playground. the interior of the room is well designed. however, the decoration of some materials, i still don't like much. there is a standard, but it looks useless. a rare location doesn't mean it's good for using a private car as the road in front of the condo connects to the siam area is busy. also, if you choose to travel by bts, it's very convenient.
