a brand new condo sets in the heart of soi ari. it's in a great location, surrounded by amenities, whether it is both shops, restaurants, and many famous cafes. the journey is convenient, with many routes accessible, and ideal for using private vehicles and bts since it is 800 meters close to ari bts station. what's more, you can connect to everywhere via motorbike and taxi services. the condo is also ideal for those who value their privacy because there are few neighbors since there are only 39 residential units. the room is quite large, and the common area is completely serviced. it's well worth it.

it is a condo in the perfect location within only a few minutes away from ari bts, so make me not worry about traffic jams at all. the room is okay, but there are only 1 bedroom and 1 bedroom plus options, so it's family-friendly. i don't have any problem because i stay here alone. the facilities are complete, like swimming pools, fitness centers, and gardens. the only problem i found would be the parking lot. as far as i know, it's only about 50%. it already includes double parking. however, for those who travel by bts like me, there is no problem. there are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby. overall, this condo makes my life a lot easier.

i decided to buy a room in this condo because i enjoyed the calm atmosphere while having access to all of the project's facilities, whether it's in the common areas. there are no worries about the security system. i always feel at ease when i stay here. furthermore, the 1-bedroom unit i bought was very spacious and well-designed. it is also convenient to travel because it is close to ari bts, the expressway, and numerous shopping malls.

if you're looking for a condo surrounding street food, markets, or restaurants, this condo is the perfect answer. the condo area is mostly crowded and lively since it is near the headquarters and government offices. there are many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. importantly, the condo is a 5-minute walk to ari bts. my room is a one-bedroom unit. the rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. however, the only disadvantage is that the balcony is tiny, and so is the garden on the 21st and 22nd floors. other than that, everything is perfect.

it's a beautiful condo with a lovely interior design. the security system is okay, which the guard and receptionist are friendly. to enter and out of the condo, we have to use the key card access. so, there won't be non-residents to easily enter the condo, making this ideal place cozier and safer. i bought the condo here for a while with a 1-bedroom and 1 bathroom unit. when the furniture is finished installing, there will be only a small walkway and little living space. it would be inconvenient to stay for many people. anyway, the built-in furniture provided can hold a lot of stuff, making the room look tidy even though there is a little space. the common area includes a swimming pool with an overlooking city view and a rooftop garden, where it is my favorite area to sit and relax. for me, i'm okay with this condo because i rarely use a private car. i always take the bts and public transports. i can walk to the ari bts station conveniently because it is not far and safe. more importantly, many restaurants and convenience stores along the way make it easier for shopping.

the condo i rented is a one-bedroom unit. it is 39 square meter unit which is quite spacious for me. the room is furnished with high-quality material and is divided into the perfect proportion: the living room area and fully equipped kitchen. i really like the design of it, which looks clean and modern. the facilities in the common area are complete. not just a swimming pool, there is also a gym, green garden. what impresses me the most is a reliable 24-hour security system. it's also only 1 kilometer apart from ari bts. there are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby like big c supercenter. plus, the atmosphere is lively. overall, this place is so convenient.

i’ve already viewed the mock-up room in this project. the interior is designed in modern luxury and divided into perfect proportions. plus, every unit comes with a home automation system for controlling electrical devices, making it so convenient. notably, the size of the usable area is spacious, giving a homey feeling, which i like, so i decided to reserve a duplex room. more importantly, the atmosphere of the condo is private and peaceful, while it is in a convenient location with only 5 mins to ari bts, which is superb. there are full facilities in the common area like a swimming pool, gym, and car parking. the project is currently under construction. the room i booked is a duplex room on the 7th floor, which is the top floor, so i think the view from my room would be the best one. now, i’m counting the days to move in.

it is a beautiful and fantastic condo in a convenient location near 2 bts stations, offering a beautiful view. i spent a month staying here to travel to bangkok and nearby places. so, i choose to relax at this condo; it is a 2-bedroom condo, but the price is relatively high. also, it is conveniently located near shopping malls and many delicious restaurants. so, i consider it a perfect choice for me. the facilities are also complete, ideal for relaxing, including a swimming pool and extensive sky gardens, offering a fantastic bangkok's city scenery and ambiance. the only disadvantage here is that there are insufficient car parking spaces that i am a little bit bored looking for a parking space at a time. on the other hand, the receptionist at the lobby and the security guards are cute and friendly, giving a sense of warmth.

i've been here for a long time. it is a large project that includes over 200 residential units. although the condo was completed a long time ago, the building and rooms look more new and modern than i expected. my rented room is spacious and fully furnished, with a nice city view. there are two room types to select from: 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms. the amenities include a swimming pool, a gym, and a 24-hour security system. besides, the project is only 250 meters away from ari bts, and many buses are running through the area. here is what perfectly meets the urban well-being in this congested traffic community. it is also surrounded by 7-eleven, seacon bang khae, bang khae market, lotus, etc.
