the villa is very comfortable to live in and suitable for family vacations because there are full facilities, such as the private swimming pool, the jacuzzi, the garden, the parking lot, the 24-hour security guards, etc. plus, the area around the house is very vast enough for family activities. this villa has 3 bedrooms and a living area of 490 square meters. the surrounding atmosphere is very livable. it is considered worthy for speculative investment. anyway, you have to be a little careful when traveling to the project because the road is quite narrow but definitely not less traveled because it is close to the community and is convenient to travel to tourist attractions in pattaya. i'm absolutely not disappointed buying the villa here.

i bought a resale house at a very affordable price. the unit that i bought is a 4-bedroom house with a total plot size of 800 sq.m., which is very spacious for me. it is a 2-story detached house. plus, the area comes with the perfect proportion, including the kitchen, living room, and bedroom. the location is superb as it’s close to tourist attractions and facilities, like department stores, convenience stores, schools, and hospitals. the facilities within the project are okay but not as fancy as other new projects. the condo is well-gated with high privacy for those looking for a house to stay in with their family. i would recommend this project.
