Takiab Beach

i stayed at this house two years ago. it was my best holliday experience ever. the house is modern with high ceeelings - fanstick pool and garden, very private and yet close to the beach resturants, markeds, hotels, city, bars. i started swimmingpool at the nearby beach every morning, played golf in the daytime - and relaxed by the pool and small tropical garden every afternoon. i just loved stauning there 👍🏻 Read full review

if l hadn’t already bought another house,l would have bought this one. location is very good;close to beach and city center. many good restaurants (local and international) within few minutes drive. danish design kitchen and very nice entertainment area with almost a light seabreeze every day. and there is no cam fees! an ideal place to live in tropical surroundings! it’s like a small beverly hills village - very private - road with beautiful palm trees 🌴. it only 1.000 meters from the famous takiab beach with many restaurants and luxury hotels. it’s only about 3 km from the city and blue port shopping center and very close to the sea pine golf club. the house is a modern, easy to maintain minimalist design with a very private, easy to maintain tropical garden and a beautiful swimming pool. this house have nice covered terrace with cooling fan, 3 rooms and 3 bath rooms plus a wonderful separate entertainment room wit space for 24 guests, extra kitchen and lounge area with a beautiful view to a mountain with a temple. in short, this house is a perfect holliday home - very private - and yet close to all amenities. it is a very expensive housing project and far from all amenities. i really like that it's near the beach, so there are many restaurants and convenience stores in the neighborhood. it is considered a lot of tourist attractions, near hospitals, golf courses, and markets. there were no any trees around the house when we moved in. there was only some furniture and i needed to buy additional items to decorate. the home system is fully automatic, which is very modern and convenient. most of the residents are foreigners. personally, i think this place is suitable for a vacation home and considered worthwhile if investing in the long term.
