good gym, great location for the beach, but overrun by monkeys, thin walls very, very noisy, cheap interior, management treats renter's like the enemy. this unit on 4th floor, bldg d facing ocean, owner literally tried to rent he unit to someone else while i was living in it to get a better price. stay away.

this condo is fantastic with a nice view. from the condo, you can walk down to the beach. the atmosphere is excellent and close to many seafood restaurants. it takes less than a 5-minute drive to cicada market. very convenient! the staff is good. the car park is huge. the room is beautiful, very spacious, and decorated with quality furniture. the pool is also clean. moreover, we can use the facilities of verso hua hin hotel as well. everything is perfect. overall, i am very impressed, and we will definitely come back to stay here again.

the condo is 14 floors high, and i stay on the 12th floor, which can see the sea view from the balcony. it is wonderful and peaceful. the common area here is well-equipped, with 2 swimming pools, a fitness room, a restaurant, and a service system in the hotel chain. i think the staff takes good care of the residents. since moving in, there are still no problems with damaged things, and the security system is excellent. however, the disadvantage is that the parking is not enough!

my girlfriend and i chose to stay here because the condo is close to the beach. as we are sea lovers, it's the perfect place. our one-bedroom rooms are spacious and fully furnished with a romantic sea view. there is a gym and a swimming pool for a sea view, so we exercise while admiring a good view. the common area is relatively clean. one thing i have to complain a bit about is the receptionist. they don't smile much. for the restaurant on site, the food taste is average, not good or bad. the average taste is not very good for the food here, but the two of us like to go to seafood restaurants nearby or sip wine at the bars by the sea because the atmosphere is perfect. besides, it's near suan son pradipat golf course too, and we get to play golf often as well.
