This is one of the few projects in pattaya that offer hotel standards. Nicely decorated rooms in a functional layout.Because its branded the property has hotel facilities on site, incl restaurants and leisure activities. Worth an investment because its a low rise development and walking distance from terminal 21. North Pattaya is known to be more laid back

It is the latest condominium project suitable for investment or rental. Interestingly, it is managed by a renowned 5-star hotel chain with hotel-class service. The project is beautifully designed in an area of ​​more than 2 rai, focusing on modern and tranquility from nature. There is a large green area in the project, and the common area is various activities. It feels like a real hotel with a swimming pool, gym, restaurants, a hall, and meeting rooms. The room I visited was a Junior Suite at 45 sq.m. It's a perfect size with a nice interior, and the bathroom has a bathtub as well. In case I intend to rent out in the long term, I think this room is suitable for a couple or friends who travel together. The project is located in downtown, which is a good location because it is convenient near Tesco Lotus, Terminal 21, and the beach, which meets tourists' needs.
