    Great condo in excellent location

    Been here for five years, and I would say that this place gets my retirement life out of boredom. This condo is surrounded by trees and gardens, making me feel relax. Also, sometimes I go swimming in the pool in the common area. The project is near Wong Amat beach, one of the famous beaches in Pattaya that is very quiet. It is an excellent place to escape the city's chaos, yet I can access all convenience. It takes only 15 mins driving to Central Festival and less than 20 mins to Walking Street. I like to have a beer at a local bar there. The room I stayed in is a two-bedroom room which is spacious. The Interior decoration is good, and it's also well-proportioned. The security system is standard. A security guard takes care of us for 24 hours, and there is also a key card system that makes me feel safe. If you are looking for a place with a peaceful vibe by the beach, I think this place is the option.
