Direction to the project
To get to the project by car, start from Route No. 7, heading west to Chonburi-Pattaya Road. Turn right onto Sukhumvit road and drive for 380 meters. Then, turn left onto North Pattaya Road for 600 meters until you see Dolphin Roundabout. Slightly turn right onto Pattaya-Naklua Road and continue for 600 meters and turn left onto Soi Naklua 18. Keep driving for 820 meters, passing Soi Saranchol for 120 meters; you will find the project on the left.

Foreigners can own a condominium Freehold in their own name. Condominium ownership is best explained by looking at an example of a project that has 100 units for sale.

In this example, 49 of the total units in this building (or 49% of the total salable area) can be owned outright by non-thai nationals in their name.  The ownership titles of these 49 units is referred to as Freehold or Foreign Quota. 

This leaves 51 units remaining in the building (or 51% of the total salable). The freehold rights to these units are reserved for Thai nationals in what is commonly referred to as the Thai quota.

    The property is well developed with high-quality material. It's located only 50 meters away from Wong Amat, the peaceful and private beach. As you know, there are many restaurants on the beach as you wish. The property itself has facilities covering every lifestyle, such as a swimming pool, garden, sauna, free internet access, and a playground. There are 4 types of rooms available, ranging from studio, 1 or 2 bedrooms, and deluxe rooms, The garden around the building provides shade for the residents. The room I stayed in is a sizable fully-furnished room. The security system meets a good standard. The staff is friendly and helpful. Last time, I drove from Bangkok, and it took me less than 2 hours. If you are looking for accommodation not far from Bangkok, here is another option for you.
