I recently had a chance to view the mock-up room, and I just decided to make the reservation after visiting. The location is superb as you can walk across the road to reach Jomtien Beach. It’s also close to malls, restaurants, and convenience stores. The facilities in this condo meet my needs, such as the fitness center, swimming pool, beach club, and steam room. Speaking of the room, it seems pretty small. Indeed, the space is functional and well-proportioned. The place that I reserved is a 1-bedroom unit, which is only 29 sq.m., but when I saw the room, for real, it’s much more comfortable than I thought. It’s also well-decorated and fully-furnished, which means that I won’t have a hard time selecting each furniture by myself. For those interested in investment, this condo can be profitable as there will be a high-speed rail project to Pattaya, contributing to the increasing price in the future for sure.
