Directions to the project

To get to the Cozy Beach View project, you can start from Pattaya Beach. Head on the beach road for about 600 meters to Pattaya 13/1, then turn left (150 meters) and turn right for about 900 meters. Continue going straight on Pratumnak Road for about 600 meters, and turn right onto Kasetsin Road for about 750 meters. Turn right again on Kasetsin 9 Road about 130 meters, and you will see the Cozy Beach View on the right-hand side.

    A perfect place to stay for relaxation with good facilities and beautiful views. The room decoration is lovely, elegant, and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, making me feel like staying at home. I will definitely go back and visit again soon. Great location surrounded by many tourist attractions, which is a lovely condo. It also offers 5-star facilities such as hot and cold jacuzzis, saunas, basketball courts, games room, children's playroom, and a swimming pool. Only a short walk from the beach and restaurants. If you want a condominium in Pattaya at a reasonable price, Cozy Beach View is a good choice for you.
