The private pool villas here have a very unusual design, but they are uniquely beautiful. There are only 19 units, which are very private. Inside the villas, it’s designed in an elegant and classy look, with a very modern Smart Home system and Digital Door Lock, so exciting! Near Dongtan beach, just 5 minutes drive.

There is no other villa design like this in Thailand, its truly one of a kind. The layout and functionality is good, the living room can be transformed in an outdoor patio by sliding the windows away. The pool stretches along the villa and surrounds the living area. The bedroom is has a circle shape. Overall clever design and good usage of materials, This is the most unique villa development to date. Minutes away from Thaprraya road, easy accessible. The villa project is surrounded by other villa projects and therefore doesn't have obstructed views.

It is the best accommodation project in Pattaya. Although it is under construction, it is close to Dongtan Beach, Central Festival, Pattaya Beach, and Walking Street. You can use a private car to travel, which is very convenient. The condo site is attractive, elegant, and modern with a Smart Home System. In addition, the condo comprises many facilities such as a gym, a swimming pool, a children's playroom, and a park, suitable for people who like convenience. Moreover, the condo is located near the beach and surrounded by convenience stores such as FamilyMart, just 2 minutes.

I like the village here because it is very private. The villa has a very unique and modern design with Smart Home technology to control the home system making it more convenient. The villa comes with elegant and classy decorations, and the ceiling is a double volume with a full-frame window, which makes the house look open and airy. Also, a large private pool and a poolside area where you can sit and chill. Plus, it's convenient, surrounded by many amenities, close to Dongtan Beach and Jomtien Beach. The road connects many routes and easy access to Bangkok, luxurious and suitable for the money I have paid for.

The project design is beautiful and unique. The first time I saw it, I fell in love. Each pool villa has a glass interior, allowing plenty of natural light, plus a digital door lock for added security. Besides, the interior is elegant and modern. I liked this place, so I decided to reserve it immediately. In terms of the location, it is considered good because it is on the main road and close to Central Pattaya Beach, Pattaya Floating Markets, and only 1 minute away from Dongtan Beach and Jomtien Beach. It's not difficult to rent or sell. It is very suitable for investment.

After thoroughly studying the project's details, I decided to reserve this place. Now, I can't wait to move in. The house is a spacious 2-story house with a beautiful and unique design. High ceilings make the house look grand and marvelous, as well as create the airflow. Besides, this place is not far from Dongtan Beach and Jomtien Beach. The price is a bit high, but it's definitely worth every penny that you've spent.

I had a chance to visit this luxury villa located in the heart of Pattaya city and close to various tourist attractions such as Terminal 21 Pattaya, Dongtan Beach, and Jomtien Beach. The project entrance is not far from the main road, easily accessible. The room is luxuriously decorated, giving Thainess sense, which is perfectly integrated with international architecture. The project provides a private pool in each villa, and there are 2 types of villa: 1-story detached villa consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. As for the 2-story detached villa, it comprises 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. However, I would choose a 2-story detached villa as the price is not that different and I will get an additional bedroom and 2 bedrooms. It is worth the price paid.
