It is a two-story European-style villa, spacious, divided into 3 rooms and 4 bathrooms. It is luxuriously decorated with good furniture. The kitchen has a large oven and refrigerator with a complete set of cooking equipment in European style. In front of the villa, a swimming pool is still new and clean but not very large, suitable for up to 6-7 people. There is a garden around. Although not very wide, it is shady. The location is good, not far from Rawai Beach, Nai Harn Beach, and Promthep Cape. It is a stunning tourist destination.

The pool villa here is well maintained with a hotel management system and the security guard in charge all the time. There are only 6 villas of 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The living area is approximately 180 sq m. The design is beautiful, modern, and very elegant. The materials used for the finishing meets the standard with high quality. The outdoor area is spacious and adorable because the garden and a large beautiful swimming pool make it look fresh and comfortable. It is an ideal villa to buy for living with a family, as a vacation retreat, for the investment or rental business because it is close to Rawai Beach, Nai Harn Beach, and Chalong pier as well. Very convenient!
