The best property in South of Phuket. I found only 1 minus for me - no gym inside. Good location, you could also find the newly renovated apartments in Phase 1. Do not recommend to rend flats with the kitchen with no window.
Fully furnished condo in Rawai

Fortunately, we got a condo in the Rawai area because it is not crowded and easy to find something to eat. There are many fresh markets and seafood restaurants around this area. If you want to cook yourself, it's super easy because there is a spacious kitchen area and full of equipment. The condo here is still new and provides a high-security system. Moreover, the project has designed a spacious balcony. My room is facing a pool view, fully furnished. Besides, the staff is very helpful. Impressed !!!
Good condominium with a short distance to Rawai Beach

It’s a good condominium with a short distance to Rawai Beach by motorbike. Super convenient if you want to chill by the beach. The area is full of shops and restaurants because it’s a residential area for both Thais and foreigners. Pretty quiet as it’s not an entertainment venue as in Patong. To travel around, you’d better rent a vehicle because using a taxi can be pricy. If you don’t travel a long distance, renting a bike is a better option. The condo itself is quite simple, like other condominiums, but each building has 4 floors with not many units. Overall, it’s quiet. There can be some noise from a swimming pool when families with children use it. The room is quite airy and proportioned suitable for 1-2 people. The juristic person maintains the common area nicely. Shame that there is no gym available. You have to use the nearby gym instead.

Condo in the most convenient location, it is in the Rawai Beach area within walking distance. It's prosperous with restaurants, Thai massage shops, bars, and more. Easy access to Promthep Cape and Nai Harn Beach. The room is in a perfect size, divided into a bedroom and living area. There is a balcony with a pool view. Very clean and safe.
Good location near the beach and there is a shuttle bus.

It is one of the condos that my friends and I stayed in for a month. Although it was only a short time, it didn't disappoint us because the location is close to the beach, restaurants, convenience stores, and shuttle bus service to nearby places. Besides, the on-site here consists of a clean swimming pool, a security system, and housemaids. All the staff talk so nicely with love as we can ask for the help roseately.
