To get to the project by car, you can start from Hua Hin Railway Station, heading north on Phra Pokklao Road, and go onto Soi Kasem/Hua Hin 76 for about 550 meters. Go straight and take Exit 1 at the roundabout to enter Chomsin Road/Khao Hin Lek Fai Road for about 200 meters. Turn right onto Route 3218 for approximately 4.1 kilometers and continue straight again for about 2.6 kilometers through Nong Khon Temple on the left-hand side. Drive straight and turn left onto Route 2004 for about 1.4 kilometers. Turn left again for another 34 meters, and Smart House Villa 1 is on the left-hand side.

My family has been here for a while. The reason for moving here is that my mom and dad are retired and want them to relax in a good atmosphere, spend all the time in retirement, and travel. My reason for choosing this villa is because Hua Hin is a quiet tourist attraction and not crowded. It's also an ideal destination for holiday homes and attracts all tourists to visit here. The first time we visited here, we didn't get used to it because it is a bit far from the convenience stores and restaurants. Also, living is different. We are currently getting used to it and can go everywhere conveniently because we know about the destination well. Even we do an errand in the city, and it is also accessible. The villa we bought is a 3-bedroom with a private pool and private car parking. It is spacious, and there are many access doors. The atmosphere is good and not too hot because it is breezy all the time and surrounded by trees. It's called a tranquility place suitable for retired people who love quiet and need to spend time relaxing. There is no noise at all. In general, I love this village because it is impressed by my mom and my dad. We are happy, and I love to see my parents spending time with precious retirement time.
