A high quality, well-furnished villa for an amazing price! After dealing with Bangkok real estate for years, it was so refreshing to see the value we could get in Hua Hin. Huge pool, shared with great neighbours and a quick 10 minutes to the beach and Cicada Market.
This tranquil village is where I've been here for 3 years. My house is a huge villa, accommodating many people. There is a private pool villa with a sunbathing area surrounded. The villa is decorated with a beautiful garden, yard, and fences around. It makes me relaxed comfortably and privately. My villa interior is decorated with strong and durable furniture. The living areas are also spacious. Everything in the villa is well-maintained. The housekeeper and gardener are punctual. Moreover, the neighbors in this village are friendly. Also, juristic persons excellently manage the problems that occur.
If anyone is looking for a private villa surrounded by good surroundings and located in a potential community, I recommend Manora Village 3. It is very responsive to modern people or large families because there is a spacious space with 3 bedrooms. The size that I bought, it's worth it. The villas are clearly and appropriately divided into different rooms. Moreover, there are complete facilities such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, jacuzzi, a restaurant, and a relaxation garden. It makes everyday convenient.

When I moved into a new house, the project offered built-in furniture. There are a swimming pool and 2 car parking spaces. Besides, the neighborhood is surrounded by residential areas. Most of the residents here are foreigners. The area is uncrowded and quiet. There is a 24-hour security guard, but the location is a bit far from the beach and shopping areas. If I go to other places, I have to spare time traveling because the project's entrance is quite rural, and there are not many cars passing. Moreover, at night, it is quite dangerous. I think the house here is suitable for vacations and large families.
The luxury village is peaceful and surrounded by nature, along with many golfers' privileges as the project is one of the Banyan Golf Club Group. The property is in a good location. It's huge, quiet, and private. The land area of each villa is well-designed and neat. The residents can customize their houses to their lifestyles. The villa features start from 2 bedrooms with a living area of 120 sq.m. Inside, it's very airy with a high ceiling decorated in Thai styles inspired by wood and Thai arts. The facilities include a massive swimming pool around the village, the club, and a reliable security system. Every time I come back, I feel so secured, and I trust all the management and the guards at the entrance.
It's a big village with more than 200 units, which occupies approximately 40 rai where the project's area is connected. The facilities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, garden, and a gym. The project's road is wide. The house is in a modern design, and the residents can customize the layout to their needs. For example, if you need a pool, you can request to add in. The materials used are suitable for the price. The house space is well laid out. I moved in at the same time as the other two cousins, and our house connected. So, we can hang out and help each other, and we can be less stressed when our parents stay at home alone. The location is quite nice, easy traveling because it is downtown, near my kid's school. Plus, it's not far from Bypass to Bangkok. I also love that the project always holds activities which the residents can join. So nice as we can make more friends!
