Direction to the project
You can get the project by car from Koh Samui Airport. Turn right and go straight for about 1 kilometer, then turn right again for about 600 meters. Then turn left and drive for 1 kilometer heading towards Chaweng Soi 6. Keep driving for 1.5 kilometers and turn right onto Highway 4169, and turn left again onto Soi Phra. Drive for 1.7 kilometers; you will find the project on the left-hand side.

The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure. 

In Thailand non-Thai nationals cannot own land outright in their name. Land can be controlled through either a Thai Company or a long-term registered lease. The longest registered lease term by Thai law is 30 years and most developers will offer 3 terms for a total of 90 years.

Stayed here recently via Airbnb - great location and brand new complex of 8 individual villas all with stunning sea view. Decor is just lovely and the design of the property perfect as not faces the sea and is just minutes away from the Fishermans village.
