Direction to the project
You can get the project by car from Koh Samui Airport. Turn right and go straight for about 1 kilometer, then turn right again for about 600 meters. Then turn left and drive for 1 kilometer heading towards Chaweng Soi 6. Keep driving for 1.5 kilometers and turn right onto Highway 4169, and turn left again onto Soi Phra. Drive for 1.7 kilometers; you will find the project on the left-hand side.

The common area maintenance fee for properties at Ocean 180 is a fixed amount of ฿7,800. This amount has to be paid by owners for the upkeep of the common areas of the project. For new residential developments, it is common to pay up to 1-3 years’ common area maintenance fees in advance upon the transfer of the properties' ownership.
For new projects, the buyer pays a one-off lump sum upon transfer of the property from the developer to the buyer. Bophut Beach is the nearest Beach from Ocean 180 and it is 2.5 km away.

The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure. 

In Thailand non-Thai nationals cannot own land outright in their name. Land can be controlled through either a Thai Company or a long-term registered lease. The longest registered lease term by Thai law is 30 years and most developers will offer 3 terms for a total of 90 years.

Stayed here recently via Airbnb - great location and brand new complex of 8 individual villas all with stunning sea view. Decor is just lovely and the design of the property perfect as not faces the sea and is just minutes away from the Fishermans village.

If you are looking for a secluded villa on Koh Samui, here is another interesting option. Although it is located on a hill and difficult to travel to, it is considered a very beautiful design when reaching there. There is a balcony that can see a 180-degree view. There is an outdoor patio with an infinity pool. The design is elegant and suitable for the tropical climate here. The first time I moved in, there was a water leak in the bathroom. But when reporting to repair, there are no other problems. Considering the maintenance is fair !!! Impressed !!

Beautiful villa located on the hill; it feels like I'm back to nature. It is very amazing with a relaxing atmosphere and environment. It is such a perfect villa to get away from it all. The whole villa has a high level of privacy. You can see the blue sea from our room. Furthermore, the villa provides full complete in-villa facilities such as a private swimming pool, an outdoor area where you can lay down in the sun or chill here. It is a great experience to stay here. I am not disappointed in choosing this villa.

A modern design 3-bedroom villa with a private pool. The surrounding atmosphere is livable, quiet, and less crowded. The interior is decorated with a full set of furniture. It is only 1 kilometer from Bo Phut Beach. You'd better have a car or a bike because it's not easy to walk from the project.

I comfortably relaxed here because it is located on the hillside, far from the hustle and bustle. It is tranquil, comfortable, and close to nature. The villa I stayed in was facing the beach, offering a sea view and a mountain view. The bedroom on the 2nd floor also features a sea view. The services here as the staff always helps us, the maids are also good at their duties, and the guards are friendly. Therefore, it is such an impressive villa and not disappointing at all.
