I've been renting here for three months now. The location is excellent as it's not far from the city center. It takes only a few mins to Central Festival. Plus, it takes only 5-10 mins walking to Walking Street, where you can find many pubs and bars. This condo is in a tropical style that makes me feel so relaxed, like staying in a nice resort. On weekends, I usually go swimming or to the gym. The staff here always take good care of the common area; it's clean and fully equipped. Only a minor problem is the elevators are not enough for all residents. Sometimes, it wasted my time waiting to use it. The room I stay in is a 2-bedroom room on the 35th floor. It's well-decorated and well-proportioned. The view from my room is so lovely. I can see the sea view and Bali Hai Cape. Overall, I'm satisfied with the condo in both location and the condo.

From the project entrance, there are guards to reassure that our kids will live safely when we are not at home. Shame that the pool is a bit smaller than I expected, so the kids could not seriously jump into the water. I rarely communicate with the staff here as they couldn't speak English well. Therefore, I recommend you prepare a translation device. I am satisfied with my stay here. If there is a chance to come back to Pattaya, I would like to stay here again.

A beautiful pool villa with a nice design and great landscape. Each of them comes with a private swimming pool. The large villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a European style kitchen, completed with kitchenware and a large dining area. This villa size is suitable for a large family. The atmosphere around the project is calm and private, with a high fence and strict security system. The security guards will check around all day long. Also, it’s convenient to find food. In front of the village, there are restaurants and shops. Easy access to the main road and near Jomtien beach, just 5 minutes by car.

I've bought a condo from Sunrise Hill for a while. The condo offers a wide range of facilities and a good communal area with a fitness center and a good-sized swimming pool. The project location is conveniently-located because it's close to Cozy Beach, Jomtien Beach, or many restaurants, shops, and many roads connected. Therefore, it is very convenient in terms of traveling. The condo surrounding and the room interior look good. The furniture is beautiful, modern and of good quality. The area is spacious, not uncomfortable, and it is really good. It is considered a worthwhile investment. Whether buying, renting, or living in the future.

I’ve stayed here recently. It’s a great condo at an affordable price, and it’s also in a great location as it’s not far from Jomtien Beach. Fortunately, there was the Songkran Festival when I was there, which was so much fun! The room I stayed in was a studio room. The living area and balcony are very spacious and fully furnished. In the evening, I usually chilled out at the rooftop pool, or sometimes I went to the fitness center. The equipment in the fitness center wasn’t new, but still functional. It has been well maintained. The staff here is all very nice and attentive. There are many shops, restaurants, and convenience stores around the condo. For those who want to travel around the city, I recommend renting a motorbike. It will be very convenient to drive through small alleys. It’s not as dangerous as in BKK. I will definitely come back to the Songkran festival next year and stay here again.

This project is huge and fantastic since the first step of visiting. It's suitable for vacation, especially for a family with children because the project provides a large recreation area such as an enormous swimming pool, a Go-Kart track, the beach, and a treehouse in the project. For the parents, there are other activities available as well. It's convenient that there are shops and restaurants. The property is so eye-catching with a tropical resort design, surrounded by nature. The room is so small, tidy, and clean, yet the room facilities are complete. There is a huge bed, and the hot water system is really good. Nice and quiet location away from downtown, but you can walk to the convenience stores in 5 minutes. Oh, the price is affordable too!

It's near many amenities such as massage shops, restaurants, convenience stores on the opposite side of the project. The condo provides everything I need, such as a nice clean swimming pool, the fitness is also standard, and the security system is good as well. The room that I rented (Studio) is a well-decorated, beautiful, comfortable, spacious room suitable for living alone. If anyone who wants to relax here with the family should choose a larger size than mine. I am satisfied with staying at Neo Condo. It is a great condo in the ​​Jomtien Beach area, Pattaya. I have good memories of staying at the Neo Condo. Next time, I will come back to take the services at Neo Condo again.

Outstanding condominium! The swimming pool is lovely and suitable for kids. It's quite comfortable to sunbath too as the sunbeds are placed around the pool. The location is ideal, just a short walk to convenience stores and restaurants and only 10 minutes to the beach! The atmosphere is pleasant as it's in the town's bustling area, but it isn't difficult to get around. The room is well decorated, the bedroom is with an en-suite bathroom. Besides, there is a balcony with a pool view. The staff here is nice and helpful. The downside is the lack of parking space here. On some days, I have to park by the road. The owner doesn't maintain the room very well, so it looks old.

My friends and I stayed here on normal days, and it was not a public holiday. The surrounding project is tranquil and cozy. There are not too many guests staying. Anyway, we chose a 3-bedroom villa in which the interior is clean and tidy. There is also a private pool and jacuzzi set on the rooftop. The villa is fully furnished, and the kitchen also includes a full set of kitchen equipment, such as a stove, microwave, pots, and bowls. We could cook for ourselves. In the evening, we always had a BBQ time by the pool. The atmosphere is good, and there is no noisy sound disturbed at all. It's called as we could spend this precious time relaxing happily. The villa is also located on the alley, which there are 2 main roads accessible, comprising Soi Thepprasit 9 and Jomtien Beach. It is easily and conveniently accessible and close to Jomtien Beach. It is a few minutes from the villa. Honestly, it was very ok. If I have another chance of visiting Pattaya, I will stay here. Even if who wants to visit, I won't sit tight to recommend it here.

If you don't have a private car, don't worry; you can easily take the public buses passing the whole day either going to Pattaya town or Pattaya Beach. It's very easy! Overall, I'm personally okay with this condo because it is easy to live and experience a good life. It's also close to the office. It is convenient to use a private car or even take a public bus. You can change and experience your life.

It is a short walk to Jomtien beach, which is very convenient. I usually went to sunbathe there and saw people passing by as it’s a crowded beach. It may not be suitable for people who love peace. For me, I’m okay with that as I think it was a good chance to learn about different cultures. There are restaurants and a 7-11 convenience store near the condo where it takes only 5 mins to walk. It is very convenient for those who have that same lifestyle as me.

If you're looking for a place for a family with a simple style in the Jomtien Beach area, Paradise Park is an excellent place to stay. The room interior is ok with a simple look but represents modernity. Overall, this condo features complete facilities such as a great vast and large swimming pool, a shady garden, and a reception hall. The people here are friendly. Moreover, Paradise Park has a beautiful landscape. There is a 24-hour security system, and a shuttle bus service to the beach is also available for a fee. It was considered ok for me because it is within walking distance to local markets, fruit stalls, convenience stores, and nightlife venues easily and safely. Everything is ok for real relaxation.

Plus, on the opposite of the project is a night market. The condo is clean with underground parking, a swimming pool, and a relaxation area. The size of my one-bedroom unit is approximately 45 square meters. It's in perfect size with a nice layout. There is a bedroom, a living room, and a kitchen, a 4-seat dining set. I like the balcony corner as it's moderately wide to fit a small table to chill in the nice weather. My neighbors are both Thai and foreigners, which live together in peace. I would recommend you rent the motorbike to get around conveniently, and it will be fun. The price is reasonable that you wouldn't expect.
