I rented a studio room here at a good deal because of the coronavirus circumstances. The owners gave us a discount which benefits a tenant like us. The room's condition still looks good. It has a very large area with brand-new furniture. Also, I was very impressed with the receptionist here. They help us a lot, especially the new tenant like me, thank you very much.

An affordable apartment in Koh Samui

I didn't think I would find the apartment at an affordable price on Koh Samui. The room that I rented is a 1-bedroom unit with a comfy living space and nice furniture decoration. There is enough parking for residents. Also, the location is not far from Bangrak Beach, with less than 10 minutes walk. However, the entrance road is a bit rough, so you must be careful while driving. I didn't find other problems, and I'm quite satisfied with the rental fee, which is cost-effective.
