It's a seaside condo having a very nice and calm environment. The green garden surrounds but there are too many leaves on the ground. Also, there are 2 massive swimming pools. The 1-bedroom unit is almost 60 sq.m. and well furnished. The project is peaceful and private. There are horse riding activities for about 200 baht per 15 minutes and banana boats for rent at the beach, but the price may be a bit expensive. Pius, Cha Am Beach is about 9 kilometers away.
