TERMS

Minimum stay 30 days. Monthly and yearly contracts both considered — the rate shown is for a twelve-month contract; shorter and high-season stays are quoted separately. Two months' deposit and one month in advance on a yearly contract. Electricity and water are metered and billed to the tenant.

STRAIGHT TALK

The apartment is on the market for sale at the same time. A yearly contract will therefore include a clause allowing it to be ended, with 60 days' notice and the deposit returned in full, if the apartment sells. If you would rather not have that clause, take it monthly.
