Unit is NOT 46 sqm it is only 41l ike all the others. Also beware of this owner from Australia, she is very temperamental and will try to force you out if she gets offered more money.

Good gym, great location for the beach, but overrun by monkeys, thin walls very, very noisy, cheap interior, management treats renter's like the enemy. This unit on 4th floor, bldg D facing ocean, owner literally tried to rent he unit to someone else while I was living in it to get a better price. Stay away.

A fantastic condo, close to Cicada Market

This condo is fantastic with a nice view. From the condo, you can walk down to the beach. The atmosphere is excellent and close to many seafood restaurants. It takes less than a 5-minute drive to Cicada Market. Very convenient! The staff is good. The car park is huge. The room is beautiful, very spacious, and decorated with quality furniture. The pool is also clean. Moreover, we can use the facilities of Verso Hua Hin Hotel as well. Everything is perfect. Overall, I am very impressed, and we will definitely come back to stay here again.
