( The plunge pool on the terrace is private to this villa ) Guest access Some answers for frequently asked questions:   - The Beach - This is a calm and shallow beach most of the time during the year, it's safe for family with children although some of you might find it's too shallow to swim in.  Beach appearances are weather depending, please check with me if that's important for your trip.  It's a beautiful quiet waterfront spot with amazing sunset and overlooking the famous Koh Samui Big Buddha, a few all year swimmable beaches are just a few mins away. * Please be mindful of the slippery steps to the beach and sometimes there may be shells that can cause cuts, this is the nature of koh Samui, we recommend always wear water shoes or protection *   1. All my photos are REAL from REAL SHOOT 2. I also work with real estate agents and take long term bookings, that's why I don't have many reviews. 3. All the calendars are up to date, if some dates are not able to book, means dates are not available. 4. None of our rental properties provide condiments, because of hygiene concern. Travel size condiments are very affordable and easy to find on the island. 5. The reason I charge electricity fee on top of the rent: (1) The rent I'm asking for is not much comparing with the other properties on the same standard. This is an island after all electricity cost is slightly higher than city.  (2) I used to face this situation a lot that guests were a bit careless about electricity usage because they're not paying the bill - keep aircon on when they're out, open the windows when ac are on, keep the pool light and jacuzzi on all night..  So I start thinking people might care more if they're responsible for their own electricity usage, and I have brought down the price and separated electricity cost from it - it's been working well!  Please feel free to message me if you want to know the estimate cost for your stay :)   - Power cuts in Koh Samui - Please understand that due to the nature of the island and its infrastructure, these power outages / unstable power surge can happen especially during the heavy wind and rain , we have emergency lighting in the villa to ensure your safety and comfort during such situations, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Rest assured, Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) is 24/7 closely monitoring any unusual phenomenon and will take action as fast as they could. Other things to note - Check in  Security Deposit 20,000THB (8,000THB for less than a week booking) - Electric fee THB 7/kw - Airport Pick-up THB 500/way - No smoking/eating durian indoor - Do not leave any kind of food open/uncover in the property, because that EASILY attract ants and cockroaches - We suggest to separate usage of aircon in the bedroom and living room, and try to keep it above 24 degree. Because if all aircons are running on low temperature same time may cause the circuit breaker trip, and the suggested way is most helpful for power saving. - Do not put any paper or rubbish into the toilet bowl, use the bin provided please.  - Avoid leaving stains on our linens and towels, please.  Party body paint; hair dye; ink; blood; betadine and etc. can't be washed off and we can't use the linen again for other guest, hence damage charge may apply. - The pools have a pump filter system and only need minimal chlorine. Please avoid using the pool right after applying sunscreen cream, because some cream has the chemicals that can make the pool murky.
