This condo is pretty dated but affordable. It's in a great location.

I've lived in Pattaya for many years and have spent a lot of money on renting the condos. Then, I decided to buy this 2-bedroom on the 7th floor. The room is generous. Even though the condo is pretty dated, it's reasonable considering the location. Since moving here, I'm so happy. Traveling is super convenient because it's near the main road, which is easy specifically for those who take mini buses or taxis. The facilities in the common area are okay, but it's not as fancy as the new condos. There is a large swimming pool to relax in my spare time, and the staff and security guards are friendly and attentive. Overall, I think this condo is superb!
