A build-to-order house project

I had the opportunity to see the custom-built houses of this project. There are 6 types of houses to choose from, with room sizes starting from 2 bedrooms up to 4 rooms. The salesperson also informs that the materials used in each construction are of high quality. Inside each house, there is also a private swimming pool overlooking the sea. There are also complete facilities in the common area like a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, and Jacuzzi. Most importantly, it is within a few steps to Pranburi Beach. I would say that it is the perfect place for relaxing.
