If you value peace and quiet and have your own transport, then this is the place for you. The city is nearby (5 min drive), shopping centers and the beach are also not far away (10 min). Good service, high-quality built houses with high-quality furniture and equipment, with beautiful gardens and large swimming pools. A very quiet and peaceful area for wealthy foreigners.

Nice villas in a quiet community from a well-known developer in Hua Hin - good location only 10 mins away from city center.

The project is well-organized and maintained. We do not regret buying a house here because the atmosphere is good and suitable for relaxing days. Inside the house, there is a burglar alarm and CCTV cameras installed around the project, so we feel safe. Although the project is located in a quiet location, there are various support services available. The staff is very helpful, but the project still has some disadvantages: Travel is not convenient because it is too far from the city and the project's entrance is quite lonely. Many foreigners are living here. I think that it is suitable for a vacation home.
