Waterside is a wonderful condo. The grounds and pool are very well-maintained, security is good, and tenants are friendly. Beachfront access is great, and while the beach itself isn't the best for swimming (bit muddy/rocky when tide is out), it's still fun for the kids, and there's enough resorts and restaurants along the beach to keep you interested. The location is a bit out of the way / far from most of the island, but it also means you have a quieter experience compared to the popular areas. Not far from Phuket Old Town too.

The condo has a fantastic view and the pool adjacent to the beach. The staff comes to clean the pool every day, so great! The atmosphere around is a small village, tranquil and peaceful. The room is very spacious with white tone color, and the wooden floor offers classic looks and very well maintained. Plus, the condo is not far from Phuket town, only a 15-20 minutes drive. We love staying here. The parking lot is considerable. This place is truly cozy. We will definitely return when we come to Phuket again.
