The surrounding environment is very livable, quiet, and private. The common area is clean. There is a large pool, a fitness center, a tennis court, and a parking for residents' service. My wife and I rented a one-bedroom condo that was spacious on the inside. There is a large bedroom and two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. The balcony is quite large. Perfect for chilling off in the morning and evening breezes. The view of the city is breathtaking. The location in Chalong Subdistrict is excellent. It is easy to enter and exit the city. Going to Kata Beach takes only 20 minutes because the project is adjacent to the main road and close to Central Festival Phuket.

It is a condo with a lot of Chinese residents, which looks like a group tour. The room is very spacious, but not as clean as expected. The location of the condo is quite far from the amenities. Within the project, there are convenience stores and restaurants. It would be better if the employees had good service. Excellent facilities with up to 3 swimming pools. The project has a shady atmosphere.
