This practical and well-balanced 1-bedroom apartment of 51.27 m² offers a strong
combination of comfort, privacy, and efficient space planning. Located on the 3rd floor, this
residence represents one of the most attractive entry points into the one-bedroom category
at Evergreen Condominium Phuket.
The apartment includes a private bedroom with a king-size bed area, generous storage, a
wall-mounted TV, and space that can be used as a working or makeup corner. A proper
closing door separates the bedroom from the living area, giving the home real privacy and
making it suitable for both long stays and everyday living.
The living area is designed as a comfortable lounge space with a dining table for four, a sofa
that can transform into an additional sleeping place, and a TV opposite the sofa. This makes
the apartment practical not only for one or two residents, but also for occasional guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, and
microwave, allowing residents to cook properly rather than relying only on takeaway or
short-stay use. The entrance area includes built-in wardrobes to keep the apartment
organized and functional.
The terrace adds another layer of comfort, with outdoor furniture, a private window garden
with automatic watering, and space for a washing machine and dryer. This creates a more
residential feeling and connects the interior with the tropical lifestyle of Phuket.
This apartment is an excellent option for buyers who want a proper one-bedroom home in a
boutique condominium rather than a small investor-style unit in a large-scale project.
Best for: end-users, couples, long-stay residents, and investors targeting higher-quality rental demand.

Foreign nationals can own condominium units as freehold owners in buildings where no more than 49% of the unit floor space is owned by foreigners. Units that are part of the Thai quota or are being leased for 30 years can be converted to the foreign freehold quota if it is currently below 49%.

Foreigners can own a condominium Freehold in their own name. Condominium ownership is best explained by looking at an example of a project that has 100 units for sale. In this example, 49 of the total units in this building (or 49% of the total salable area) can be owned outright by non-thai nationals in their name. The ownership titles of these 49 units is referred to as Freehold or Foreign Quota. This leaves 51 units remaining in the building (or 51% of the total salable). The freehold rights to these units are reserved for Thai nationals in what is commonly referred to as the Thai quota.
