Spacious two-bedroom residence with flexible family-friendly layout
This spacious 2-bedroom apartment of 72.88 m² is designed for buyers who want a more
comfortable and versatile living format in Bang Tao. The layout offers the flexibility of a true
two-bedroom home, making it suitable for families, couples who need a guest room or
home office, and investors targeting longer-stay tenants.
The master bedroom is designed as a private retreat, featuring a king-size bed area, its own
bathroom, wall-mounted TV, generous storage, and refined décor. The atmosphere is calm,
elegant, and comfortable for everyday living.
The second bedroom is one of the main advantages of this layout. It can be arranged with
either a king-size bed for guests or a bunk bed for children, allowing the apartment to adapt
to different living scenarios. This makes the residence especially attractive for families,
holiday use, or rental clients who need more than just a standard one-bedroom layout.
The living area includes a dining table for four, a stylish sofa that can transform into an
additional sleeping place, and a TV opposite the sofa. The layout creates a proper family
living zone rather than just a compact lounge corner.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a hob, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave, and
dishwasher, making the apartment suitable for real daily living. The entrance hall includes
built-in wardrobes for clothes, shoes, and essentials, helping keep the home organized.
The terrace includes outdoor furniture, a private window garden with automatic watering,
and space for a washing machine and dryer. This adds a tropical lifestyle element while
keeping the apartment highly practical.
As part of a boutique condominium with only 66 residences, this apartment offers more
privacy and a quieter residential atmosphere compared with large-scale projects. Residents
also enjoy access to the rooftop oasis with a 50-meter infinity pool, fitness center with yoga
space, secure access, 24/7 video surveillance, and rooftop solar-supported EV charging.

Foreigners can own a condominium Freehold in their own name. Condominium ownership is best explained by looking at an example of a project that has 100 units for sale. In this example, 49 of the total units in this building (or 49% of the total salable area) can be owned outright by non-thai nationals in their name. The ownership titles of these 49 units is referred to as Freehold or Foreign Quota. This leaves 51 units remaining in the building (or 51% of the total salable). The freehold rights to these units are reserved for Thai nationals in what is commonly referred to as the Thai quota.
