Last week, I checked on the Fazwaz website and found many projects on sale, so I contacted the salesperson for more detail about the property. I found out that this condo is interesting. Each unit comes in a perfect size and fully-furnished. The facilities include a gym, a swimming pool, and restaurants which are very convenient. In just 5 minutes, you can get to Bang Tao Beach, the beach that I love the most because it's clean and peaceful. Can't wait to move in!

I just reserved a studio room here. Everything is beautiful, including the designs, color scheme, furniture, and space allocation in the room that fits perfectly. The project facilities are also fully equipped, such as the large communal pool, which is very attractive, pool bar, and sky bar for a relaxing time. It is close to Bang Tao beach in walking distance. I bought it as the price is not considered expensive. It is suitable for rental business or living based on its value. The staff informed me that there is a 7% rental return guarantee for the first 5 years, free stay in my unit for unlimited days, and many more. I don't hesitate to reserve a room here.
