It is rather an old condo that is still in good condition and offers a spacious living area. I bought a fully furnished 1 bedroom unit with a total area of 97 sq.m. There is also a range of facilities, such as swimming pools, fitness centers, etc. Besides, this condo is close to shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and many tourist attractions, including Dongtan Beach and Big Buddha Temple. There are also shopping centers and markets nearby. This project is really worth the investment.
