Condominium near Bali Hai Pier. The project is in a good location, but it's quite hard to find the entrance as it's quite dark and small. Overall, the project has a marvelous design, both exterior, and interior with great modern decoration. There are complete facilities, both swimming pools, restaurants, and a reception. The staff here provides a very good service. As the project is mixed-used for both a hotel and a residence, so the hotel guests and residents can share the common area, which is not very convenient.
The project is close to the main road. The surrounding area is crowded, but the project atmosphere is very calm and private. There are a large swimming pool and a seating area around where the residents can sit and relax. The condo is shady, but I think the gym is too small and the exercise machines are quite old and very limited. Also, the staff is helpful. The project location is situated in a bustling location wealth of restaurants. There is a pharmacy and a 7-Eleven near the condo. Yet, traveling is also convenient, near the important landmarks such as Jomtien Beach, Pratumnak Viewpoint, and only 2 kilometers close to South Pattaya.
A good condo in a quiet location, just 5 minutes to Pattaya's center, where you can find all local amenities such as restaurants, bars, and shops. Plus, on the opposite of the project is a night market. The condo is clean with underground parking, a swimming pool, and a relaxation area. The size of my one-bedroom unit is approximately 45 square meters. It's in perfect size with a nice layout. There is a bedroom, a living room, and a kitchen, a 4-seat dining set. I like the balcony corner as it's moderately wide to fit a small table to chill in the nice weather. My neighbors are both Thai and foreigners, which live together in peace. I would recommend you rent the motorbike to get around conveniently, and it will be fun. The price is reasonable that you wouldn't expect.
The location is excellent near Big C Extra Central Pattaya Branch also the Central Festival Pattaya, and Pattaya Beach within walking distance. I just bought a 1-bedroom unit at a great deal, and brought a 'Wow' effect on me. The room comes fully-furnished with high-quality furniture. There are many beautiful facilities such as a large swimming pool in the middle of the common area and another pool on the rooftop with a nice view and another garden, fitness, spa, sauna, clubhouse, etc. The staff is very professional. It makes me feel like staying at home; it is peaceful, beautiful, suitable for living. The location is excellent, convenient transportation near many major tourist attractions. South Pattaya Beach is very close, about 5 minutes drive. Recommend it here—great value for money.
I have stayed here multiple times and these units are sold construction, you don't often see that kind of high quality construction in Pattaya. Spacious and materials are sustainable. This is absolutely worth an investment for long term or end users. Its hard to beat this kind price and product combination
I have stayed here since the opening. The room is spacious in modern decoration. More importantly, the project is near shopping centers, restaurants; you can walk to Avenue Shopping Mall within 800 meters. If you like nightlife such as pubs and bars, there is also Walking Street, a famous place in Pattaya that is about 1 kilometer away. You can get there by motorcycle taxi, or walk if you are not lazy. I like the atmosphere of the sea and nature, so I wake up early to Pattaya Beach for sunbathing and swimming. If I remember correctly, I think the condo has a shuttle bus service that takes you from the property to Pattaya beach. Make it more convenient for me as I go there every day. On rainy days, I always use the facilities such as the swimming pool, fitness, sauna, yoga area, and my favorite spot is staying in a game room instead of going to the beach. The service here is alright, but not excellent. It might be because there are too many rooms which make it difficult to take care of all the residents, but that's not a problem for me. The room price is reasonable. If I have a chance to come back, I will stay here again for sure.

Also, there is a large balcony to gain fresh air and look at the pool comfortably. The project surrounding is very cozy, comprising a leisure garden, walkways connected to other buildings. It is very convenient and accessible. We love swimming so much because the pool is vast and clean. The management team is also good and always takes care of the residents well. I am delighted and want the team to maintain this standard forever.

I’ve stayed here recently. It’s a great condo at an affordable price, and it’s also in a great location as it’s not far from Jomtien Beach. Fortunately, there was the Songkran Festival when I was there, which was so much fun! The room I stayed in was a studio room. The living area and balcony are very spacious and fully furnished. In the evening, I usually chilled out at the rooftop pool, or sometimes I went to the fitness center. The equipment in the fitness center wasn’t new, but still functional. It has been well maintained. The staff here is all very nice and attentive. There are many shops, restaurants, and convenience stores around the condo. For those who want to travel around the city, I recommend renting a motorbike. It will be very convenient to drive through small alleys. It’s not as dangerous as in BKK. I will definitely come back to the Songkran festival next year and stay here again.
The condominium is located next to the main road in the fertile community. There are many places near the project, such as fruit markets, restaurants, and a cabaret show. The on-site includes more than 20 retail shops, considered as complete and extremely comfortable. The common areas cover all ages of the residents, such as a swimming pool, saltwater pool, fitness center, conference room, and a large rooftop garden. My wife and I love to sit and relax, commune with the Pattaya views at night, which is very romantic. My room is 45 square meters. The space inside the room is well-proportioned. The furniture provided is from the SB design brand, which is the general standard quality. My room is on the 30th floor offering a stunning view of Pattaya Beach. It is an open view, beautiful and impressive. The project has a large number of units, but the allocation of space is quite good. The only disadvantage is the parking lot, which was given in the middle quantity. Some days I have a chance to park in the parking lot or double parking outside. Anyway, the security guard takes good care of safety and the convenience of getting in and out of the car.

The condo here is relatively new and provides good maintenance. The room I stay in is phase 1, next to the communal swimming pool. The room has a spacious balcony and is fully furnished. The project features a fitness room, sauna, and several swimming pools. In addition, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The downside is that it is open for daily rental. Sometimes, it is noisy from the next room, and it is busy during the day. Overall, it is fair, reasonable price, convenient transportation, and not far from the main road.

This project is huge and fantastic since the first step of visiting. It's suitable for vacation, especially for a family with children because the project provides a large recreation area such as an enormous swimming pool, a Go-Kart track, the beach, and a treehouse in the project. For the parents, there are other activities available as well. It's convenient that there are shops and restaurants. The property is so eye-catching with a tropical resort design, surrounded by nature. The room is so small, tidy, and clean, yet the room facilities are complete. There is a huge bed, and the hot water system is really good. Nice and quiet location away from downtown, but you can walk to the convenience stores in 5 minutes. Oh, the price is affordable too!
I was looking for a condo in the Thappraya area. Accidentally, I came across the Palm Bay 1 Pattaya. It is a condo under construction in which I'd read through the information about the project, called to inquire, and went to visit the project sale gallery. The staff gave good advice. It made me feel like loving here. The decorations are modern and good, which looks very good. The room was beautiful, designed to be quite elegant. Furniture and decorations are nice and of good quality. I have aimed for a 1-bedroom because I am alone and the space size is suitable for me. Besides, this project also has a complete common area. It comprises an onsen, spa, steam room, sauna, and a beautiful view from the swimming pool. It is very worthwhile; so, I decided to reserve 1 room without changing my mind.
The condo here must be one of the 5-star condos in Pattaya. The staff are polite and provide excellent services. Overlooking sea view from the swimming pool. There is a pathway through the front of the beach as well. It is wonderful because the building project is elegant and intimate. There are a gym, sauna, and tennis court available. Most of the tenants are from Russia and Japan. Anyway, the location is close to shopping areas and markets in which there are several convenient convenience stores nearby. I love Pattaya. Love watching the sunset from my balcony. Such a great condo it is!. I'd like to give more than five stars, impressed !!
It's a very nice vacation and I bought a condo at Baan Plai Haad. There are many different room types, and I chose the Capri style. It is such a great project idea. The room decoration is inspired by vacation rentals around the world, in which I like decorating my room so much. It is entirely decorated in luxury style, giving the atmosphere as traveling in Capri. The materials used are of good quality. Also, I love it because it is a private beach, tranquil. Anyway, the beach is a bit narrow and short. In general, it's okay. The staff is helpful, the project area is situated in a desirable area, and it's convenient to go everywhere. Also, it's surrounded by local amenities, such as 7-Eleven and Family Mart. It's called Baan Plai Haad is the condominium matching the needs of those who love the beautiful view. It's a superb condo in Pattaya.
The pool is very beautiful, big, and wide. My kids love it! Every day, they spend most of the time at the pool, and I watched my children swimming. The condo atmosphere was very good, giving me a feeling of comfort and serenity as if to recharge the body and mind. Laguna Beach Resort is a condominium in a good location, quiet, and not crowded. The neighbors and staff in the condo are friendly and lovely. I felt comfortable during this stay. I was not disappointed that I bought a 1 bedroom condo as a vacation rental place when I'm bored with city life. Just drive to Pattaya for a few hours, and I can have leisure time here.

I compared many condominiums for investment in Pattaya's downtown and Pratumnak Hill areas, and finally, I have booked one room at this condo because of its location. The area is pretty peaceful and private suitable for living. I think it has the potential to be developed in the future. It's just 200 meters away from the main road, so it's quite convenient to travel around. To Dongtan Beach, it takes only 7 minutes and 8 minutes to Jomtien Beach. A bit faster if you want to get to the town, it's 6 minutes, I reckon. That's from my previous survey. Another reason is the price. I think this is a worthy new-launched condominium. I have booked a one-bedroom unit starting from 2 million baht about the living area at 30 sq.m. The facilities are quite complete. I can see an opportunity to rent it out. Now, the project is under construction, expected to be completed in 2021. Plus, I follow the products from this developer for a while as he gains fame of the property's quality and positive feedback.
