Clean common areas with private atmosphere

It is a small condo with well-maintained. The common area is clean, private, and tranquil. My room is large, giving a sense of staying at home. The interior is decorated with luxury and modern furniture, very cozy. As for the location, it is easy to travel as it is located in Phra Tamnak Hill, near many beaches, viewpoints, and the pier. It is very convenient!
The condo makes my life in Pattaya smooth.

I rented a one-bedroom condo in this project for 6 months. The room had all the amenities you needed. It is decorated with quality furniture. The condo is near Pratamnak Road, so I could conveniently travel to many places in Pattaya like Jomtien Beach Night Market, Central Festival Pattaya Beach, Pattaya Beach, and Pattaya International Hospital. It suits the needs of living in Pattaya. I think it's worth renting this condo. Plus, the neighbors were lovely and friendly, and all the staff was very helpful. It's really good. I highly recommend it from the bottom of my heart.

The condo is tranquil and private. The project is clean, with a lovely pool and free parking space for the residents. A one-bedroom unit with partially furnished. The price is reasonable. I like it very much. The room is spacious and worth paying. Convenient location near many restaurants and bars. Good though!
