I rented here for one year. All units are the same layout and bedroom configuration. Some owners upgraded their kitchens while others went with the basics. This is mainly the difference in price point when looking to buy or rent in addition to what position it is in (overlooking the pool or parking). Really good space as spred out over 3 floors. Most townhouses only have a balcony on the roof but AP Grand put a third bedroom and bathroom so gives extra living space when compared to other townhouses on offer. Even with the 3rd bedroom you still have a nice rooftop balcony which gets a nice breeze for sunset.

It is an ideal place for families with children as it is a very quiet and safe project. It is being maintained well and the on-site staff is very helpful and friendly. Other owners are mainly from Europe and Russia and every get along well.

Highly recommend, excellent accommodation, well maintained and close to the quiet part of Kamala Beach. Many great restaurants and beach life you can experience. It's perfect for families with children, as they have space for children to run around. Also, there is a large beautiful pool with a 360-degree mountain view, giving a sense of full relaxation here. Besides, there are pools for children as well. The Big house comes with a deck with a mountain view. The manager and the security guard were very friendly, and the service was great. Suitable for a large family like my family. I rented the accommodation at AP Grand Residence for family vacations. It is an excellent value for money with 3 bedrooms and good space. Make the vacation time here worthwhile and meaningful.
