A beautiful house project with a small pool

The real house and the pictures on the website are the same. I have a chance to go to see a showroom unit project and like it. The project is a 2-story villa with a bedroom overlooking the pool and a small garden at the house's back. The pool is not very large, but it is well-fitted for confined spaces. I think the house here is suitable for 3-4 people; it is a good-sized villa. The furniture that has been decorated is a fair grade. There are not many shops in this neighborhood because it is a quiet location. It takes about 15-20 minutes to go to the pier.
The villa is very nice, chic design, and peaceful location.

It is such a holiday villa that everyone can visit and take the service at an affordable price. It is suitable for families with kids because there is a swimming pool and an area where they can run and play. It is a clean and shady place. There are 2 bedrooms with complete in-house facilities, such as a living room and a modern kitchen. Also, there is a BBQ grilled area for holding the parties outside and a backyard for drying clothes. In addition, there are many nearby tourist attractions, such as Maenam Beach, which is only 6 minutes away. Overall, it is a beautiful villa, recommended. You won't be disappointed.

I bought this 2-bedroom villa as a vacation home to stay with my family. This villa comes with a modern design, and also the material used is strong and durable. Inside the villa, there is a private pool and a pavilion to enjoy a relaxing day. Besides, it’s quite far from the hustle and bustle of the city and gives us peace of mind and privacy. Overall, I like this place!

The project has very cool architecture in a chic loft-style. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, suitable as a vacation home. There is a private swimming pool, car park, and a poolside pavilion. It is a small project with only 5 villas. Most of the neighbors are foreigners. The atmosphere is calm, but quite far from the city.
The village is beautiful, worthwhile and suitable for the price.

My family and I visited here and booked the villa from the website. The price was not too high. It is a 2 bedroom villa featuring 2 bathrooms, a private pool, BBQ grilled area, a large garden for children to play and run. The atmosphere is so good, surrounded by coconut trees and well-ventilated. The villa interior is spacious and usable. Besides, it is situated close to the river, which takes only a few minutes. In general, it is okay and convenient. It is accessible, and I have time to spend this precious time with my family.
