I think this place is suitable for a vacation home

It is a very expensive housing project and far from all amenities. I really like that it's near the beach, so there are many restaurants and convenience stores in the neighborhood. It is considered a lot of tourist attractions, near hospitals, golf courses, and markets. There were no any trees around the house when we moved in. There was only some furniture and I needed to buy additional items to decorate. The home system is fully automatic, which is very modern and convenient. Most of the residents are foreigners. Personally, I think this place is suitable for a vacation home and considered worthwhile if investing in the long term.
