The approach is by beach close to the village pier or by concrete path to rear of plot. The beach front plot is 15 m wide and 50 m deep.

The front half is a covered open area currently used for clothes drying and boat storage. This comprises a living/bedroom (3.90 m. x 3.06 m), shower room with washbasin and washing machine, toilet and generator room with 10 kVA generator. The main electricity supply comes into this building. To the side of this building is a well pumping to a 3,000 lt. tank via a filter. From the tank there is a pressure controlled pump for the house supply. There is also a water supply from a central village well system with supply to the property when well levels are low.71205
Foreign nationals can own the building (house) in their own name but not the land that it stands on.
Foreign nationals cannot own land in Thailand. The options in which a foreigner can control the land are via a 30-year lease or by purchasing the land through a Thai company.
