Great condo near the beach

I've stayed here for more than a year now. I'm impressed with everything here, especially the location because the Surin Beach is within walking distance. If you drive for a bit, it will be Kamala Beach or Bang Tao Beach. It is very pleasing to sea lovers like me. There are many restaurants in the area, both Thai and Western food. There are various types of room to choose from, such as 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and duplex. The room that I stay in is 1-bedroom. It's not that large but very functional. The room is fully-furnished, so it's ready to move in. The facilities here include a fitness center and a swimming pool. The staff is hospitable. Most of them can speak English very well, so there are no worries about the language barrier. For everything in the project, it is considered very satisfactory. There is only a minor problem with transportation. It might not be easy if you don't have a car, so I would recommend you to rent one.

Nice place with very good services and friendly staff. Located in a good location, the project's atmosphere is quiet, pleasant to live in near Surin Beach. It takes only 5 minutes to get to the beach. The 1-bedroom room is spacious and clean. There are several swimming pools, and the food served in the on-site restaurant tastes great. I want to come back again.

I like the communal condo area as there is a big swimming pool. Our room is on the 1st floor, access the pool straight away. The room suits us well. I stayed with my boyfriend, and it was just right for us. The room is fully furnished, providing 2 air conditioners in the living room and bedroom. Another favorite facility will be the fitness room as there are many modern exercise equipment here. There is a 24-hour security guard as well.
Very roomy, comfortable, and beautiful.

Villa Aristo 1 is a very nice and peaceful vacation home. It is about 5 minutes walk from the beach. It is great that the villa features a shuttle bus to the beach every hour. The staff is very helpful and kind. The villa interior is a duplex room, which is quite spacious because the villa ceiling is high, giving a feeling of airy, open, and comfortable. Moreover, there are complete facilities, such as a kitchen to enjoy cooking together and a very spacious living room with a large area to accommodate big families or holding a small party.
The pool is beautiful, clean and quiet.

This condo features various services, whether staff, a communal gym, an infinity-edge pool. I love the room decor so much. Although the room is small, it is fully furnished and comes with quality and modern appliances. Everything in the condo is new, clean, and tranquil. The location is also close to the beach and many delicious restaurants as well.
