This condo is in the center, so it’s easy to travel anywhere. More importantly, it comes at a very affordable price. The room I stayed in is a spacious one-bedroom unit. The furniture is not very new, but looks durable and works well. Also, there are complete facilities like other typical condos, which is a restaurant and gym. Overall, it’s so cost-effective.

It is a big project with many buildings. The location is fantastic. It's only a few minutes walk from Makro Phuket and Central Festival Phuket. The atmosphere is calm. The food is also easily accessible in this location, and the rental price is reasonable. The room is clean, big, and completely furnished. However, the walls are a little thin, so I can hear the sound of the door opening and closing. There is also a swimming pool, an outdoor and indoor parking lot. The neighbors are both Thais and foreigners.
