Luxurious Projects in Bang Tao Almost Sold Out before Launch

Tion Star Group, the developer of The Ozone Group project, announced that the company has invested 5.5 billion baht to launch their latest luxurious pool villa project called "The Ozone Residences'', and the condominium project called "The Ozone Lagunia Condominium.” Both projects will be located on land spanning over 41 rai (about 16 acres) in the Bang Tao Beach area, Choeng Thale, Thalang, Phuket. 

Mr. Jutha Thiensukon, the executive of Tion Star Group and the owners of The Ozone Group project mentioned “Before the company could acquire this 41-rai land, we had to overcome various obstacles and put in a lot of effort to design and develop the luxurious pool villas and condos that offer the best value for Thai and foreign residents. We want investors and every family who chooses to buy a villa or condominium from The Ozone Group to be impressed with being customers of the project."

Mr. Ilyas Chunchomsap, the Chief Operating Officer of The Ozone Group, said “Currently, The Ozone Lagunia Condominium project, has already received more than 40% of bookings, and The Ozone Residences, a 3-bedroom type, is almost sold out even though it has not officially launched for sale yet. This is because the location of the project has great potential and has received a good response from both Thai and foreign customers, especially during this period, there has been a large influx of foreign customers from Russia and Europe. Our design, location, and floor plan meet the needs of our customers very well, both for customers buying freehold and leasehold units.

Mr. Hook Gao, Director of Marketing and Sales, said that in the near future, The Ozone Group is preparing to launch The Ozone Campus Villa project, which is a luxurious villa strategically located  in close proximity to the UWC Thailand International School, Phuket, Thanyapura Sports Center, and Thanyapura Health & Sports Resort.

Positive Outlook for Phuket Real Estate Market 2023

Ms. Thanatchaporn Sombat, Chief Executive Officer at iBrand Real Estate and Property(Thailand), a real estate agency taking care of the project, stated that the real estate market in Phuket is certainly clear this year. This can be seen from the number of reservations for the Ozone Lagunia Condominium project, which has already reached approximately 40%. It is considered to meet the needs of both residential properties, which exceed 50%, and investment properties for rent, which are approximately 40-50%. The customer trend is about 60% foreign, with Chinese, Russian, and European customers being the majority. In the future, they will expand to the Indian market.

Overview of The Ozone Group’s Projects

The Ozone Residences

The Ozone Residences is a luxury villa development consisting of 42 units starting at 100 square wah each. The villas come in 3, 4, and 5 bedroom layouts with a starting price of 28.9 million baht. Once a customer has made a reservation payment, the construction will begin according to the reservation. Each house will take approximately 15-18 months to complete. The villas will be sold gradually in phase and the overall target for the project is to exceed 1 billion baht in sales.

The Ozone Lagunia Condominium

The Ozone Lagunia Condominium, on the other hand, consists of 164 units within two eight-story buildings and one retail space. The units are divided into 3 types: 125 one-bedroom units, 28 two-bedroom units, and 11 duplex units. The starting price is 4.2 million baht. The project's highlight is its modern, nature-inspired design that caters to customers' health and wellness needs following the COVID-19 pandemic. The target market includes business professionals, investors, and retirees from different countries who are looking for natural surroundings near Bang Tao Beach.
