I am one who likes the western decoration style. First of all, I have bought Supalai Condominium for two years. I live with my family of 3 people, my husband, and I and children. One of the reasons I chose the Supalai Wellington Condominium is because it is close to my daughter's school. I don't have to drive so far because school is only 1.5 kilometers away from the condominium. We can take the time to do other things comfortably.
The decoration is elegant and complete with amenities in the room. Even the common area is perfect, such as a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, library, and more. Someday, if I am bored to drive a car, I will use public transportation such as the National Cultural Center MRT. It is very close to my condo. Going to a department store is also convenient. For example, Robinson Department Store (Ratchada), only 1.2 kilometers away, about 5 minutes' drive to the mall. The room is beautifully decorated. There is orderly zoning of the usable area. I bought this condo while it was being built. I inspected the showroom and decided to buy 1 unit then. When the room was completed, I immediately moved here.
The condo I stayed in was excellent, situated in the middle of nature. Walking into the project, I felt that it was worth buying it. Many trees cover the communal garden. Also, there is a 7-Eleven convenience store. When I'm hungry or need something urgently, I don't have to go outside the project, just walking down to the 7-Eleven. Moreover, there are relaxation corners set in the communal garden where you can choose to have your leisure time.
I have a lot of friends, and I love to have a small party. My friends visit my condo very often. My friends and I always swim and drink a wine watching the stunning sunset view here.
There are various essential places nearby, such as malls, MRT stations, and ARL Stations. I can travel everywhen quickly and conveniently. The staff of the condo is also cute with excellent services. This condo is near the office. We bought it here because it is close to the office, 5 minutes' walk to the office, making us very convenient to live in the city. The atmosphere inside the condo is relatively calm, shady, and not crowded. There are only residents living in the condo, giving us a enjoy on our vacation time.
