Location and transportation
Chapter One Eco Ratchada - Huaikwang Project is located on Pracha Uthit rd., Phlapphla Subdistrict, Wang Thonglang District, Bangkok. The project is located in a community area, which is crowded. Therefore, the area makes it easy to commute in many forms such as subway, bus, taxi, and public motorcycles. Also, it is convenient to use personal vehicles. To visit the condominium, you can come from 2 main routes which are from Ratchadaphisek rd. and Pradit Manutham rd..

If you travel from Ratchadaphisek rd., turn right at Huaikwang intersection to Pracha Rat Bam Phen rd. for 750 meters, then turn right onto Soi Pracha Uthit 1, and go straight about 350 m. before turning left Prachauthit rd. about 180 m. Then turn right again. The project will be on the right-hand side.

Or you can take the Pradit Manutham rd. on the side to Rama 9. Go down to the rd. before turning right at Prachauthit-Pradit Manutham intersection. Go down to Pracha Uthit rd. for 2.5 km. passing Mengjai intersection before turning left on Prachauthit rd. (53 m). You will find the project located opposite to Condo U Delight.

In terms of using public transportation, you can conveniently commute by the MRT, the project provides a shuttle bus service to pick you up at an extra cost. You can choose to get off at MRT Huai Khwang, MRT Cultural Center, or MRT Rama 9. If you decide to get off at MRT Huai Khwang which is the closest station, it will take the Pracharat Bamphen rd., and Soi Pracha Uthit 1 to get to the project. If choosing to get off at the Cultural Center MRT, it will take the route Thiamruammit rd. and enter Pracha Uthit rd.. If you get off at Phra Ram 9 MRT, you will use Tiamruammit rd., then enter Pracha Uthit rd..

Chapter One Eco Ratchada - Huaikwang project is located on an area of ​​approximately 14 rai, divided into 8 residential buildings on the left side of the project. It is a high-rise building with a height of 22-26 floors and 2 parking buildings. On the right side of the project, there will be facilities provided by the project.

As for the residential units, there will be 1,844 units in total. The project comes up with 3 types of rooms: studio (22.57 - 23.65 sq.m), 1 bedroom (29.27 - 36.53 sq.m), and size 1 Bedroom Plus (45.83 sq.m).
The room layout provides open space and privacy. The layout aims to reduce congestion with only 9-11 rooms on one floor of each building. The residential units start from the 2nd floor and up.

The rooms are divided into 5 parts: kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. The project has provided fully-furnished furniture. There will be a kitchen sink, a storage cabinet, a shoe cabinet, a compartment for washing machines, wardrobes, and bathroom sanitaryware.

For the design, the project is designed under the concept of Eco-City in the Heart of the Town with the principle of slow life. Focusing on being close and friendly to nature and the environment, the main design style is the Nordic style, commonly known as Scandinavian, emphasizing the high gable roof. The wood grain and black cover materials give a warm tone and organic feelings. The project emphasizes the use of natural light through a large mirror, and takes the wind direction into account to reduce dependence on electric power.

Another interesting aspect of this project is well-thought-out facilities. To meet the needs of people of all ages, in all lifestyles, start at the Lobby, which is on the 1st floor of every building and has a fixed mailbox for each room. If entering from the front of the building, you will find the Bike Club for residents to cycle around. The next project will be a movie theater, study room, work area, lounge, and sky bar, an organic vegetable farm where the villagers can plant and harvest, basketball court, fitness, and a swimming pool. The zone in front of the project was set up as shops that have to come in the future. Surrounding the project, there will be flooring for running and cycling. For that parking zone, there will be both in the two buildings and the outdoor parking lot, which accommodates for 38 % of the residential units. There is a 24-hour security system and CCTV.

Easy way to enjoy life in BKK

I just moved to the condo for a 6-month; the highlight of this place is the condo's central area. The design is very functional, and the first arrival is so impressive. It feels like I can relax and chill in a cafe. Also, the common area is available 24 hours, and the project still cares about the residents, they provide a hydroponic vegetable garden. Besides, we can collect those hydroponic vegetables to cook. Moreover, transportation is very convenient because it is in the middle of the city. The project, in addition, also has a shuttle bus (with service fee) that goes to the MRT. In front of the project, there are taxi and motorbike services. However, if you have a private car, it is very convenient because the location connects with many roads. There are various restaurants, Cafés (Starbuck), convenience stores, beauty salons, laundry surrounding the project. It is also close to The Street Ratchada shopping center in less than 15 minutes. Overall, living in the condo with a full potential convenient area like this, we can enjoy life in Bangkok much easier.

I'm aware of environmental problems, so when choosing everything, this becomes my main concern. Then I found this condo. Everything here suits my need. Firstly it's located close to my office in my walking distance — no need to use the car. Besides, facilities and innovation of the project are eco-friendly. These include the installation of solar panels, bike club for cycling around the site, and hydroponic plantation that makes me less worried about the contamination. I would say that this project is innovative and comprehensive. Also, I like the design of the project with green areas, making it looks more comfortable. The room is well-planned and minimal. I can't believe I'll find this condo in Bangkok. I love it!

The atmosphere in the condo is excellent. It is located on Ratchada-Huaykwang Road, where there are numerous people live, including Thais and foreigners. The surrounding of the project gives all residents feel comfortable. The common area and the building's design are so cute, using earth tones and wood grain to combine beautifully. Although there are many units in the project, there are enough facilities to service all residents. Also, it is close to many shopping malls and convenient to travel everywhere.
Energy-saving condo in the heart of a big city

Who knew that there would be green space condos like this energy-saving in the heart of a big city like Bangkok. My boyfriend searched online for this condo, and we found it very lovely. We intend to find a condo to rent for an annual contract, and then we have got this, designed in a simple, minimalist style, which is white and gray tones intended to look light and comfortable on the eyes. The furniture in the room is fully furnished in good quality. My place is on a high floor, which is an airy breeze. The electricity system here installs a solar system that is a perfect waste sorting system. The most exciting thing for me is the emphasis on cycling to reduce the use of private cars. The condo has a Bike Club for residents to borrow to drive around as well. At this point, I think it's an exciting charm. Whoever is a kind of eco-friendly person like me will like it. There is a small theater, gym, sky bar, and a large shared swimming pool to accommodate the residents. Transportation is not complicated, not very far from Huai Khwang MRT, and it is entirely wrong in terms of traveling in rush hour. Close to many facilities such as Train Night Market Ratchada, Central Rama 9, and many convenience stores. Overall, it is worth the price paid.
Super Cool Eco condo in the heart of Bangkok

Scandinavian style condo in the heart of Huai Khwang. It is convenient to travel because it is located just 1 kilometer from Ratchada-Huay Kwang MRT. It is responding to the lifestyles of people working like me. I am a foreigner working in a short 6-month contract in Bangkok, renting a Chapter One Ratchada- Huaikwang condo in a studio room because of close to the workplace. The condo has facilities very much, such as Home theater where we can chill and watch movies in our free time, using the application system to book the room and the co-working room that we can do work, and read a book as we don't have to bored with working in the room. Then, the coolest of the project is we were able to grow our vegetable called hydroponics garden. It is a brilliant idea, suitable for being an Eco Condo. Other facilities are complete and convenient to use. But another disadvantage that I encountered is that the room is a little limited and still has a good zone division. Like I just told you, the common area is my favorite part.

I usually work from home, so when I can collect some amount of money, I decided to buy a place to settle down. I want to live in the Huai Kwang area to live near my mom's house. I'm impressed since the first time I visited the project because of the concept. I love the simple design and natural light, which are the best part of the condo. There is large greenery as it is in Khao Yai. There is also a hydroponic plantation that makes the project unique. I used to harvest some vegetables from it too. Besides, there are spaces divided for different purposes such as reading, working, and watching movies. I don't need to stay in the room for the entire day and don't need to spend my money at the coffee shop. Obviously, it's safer! Sometimes, my mom comes to visit me and spend her day at the pool or the garden. She loves it here. She can also go for a walk because the project has the jogging trail around. As for transportation, it's convenient even if I don't have a car. I often use MRT nearby, and the project offers the shuttle bus service for the transit between the project and the stations. You should double check since it sometimes takes so long for the shuttle bus to pick me up. It's even more difficult on a rainy day. The surroundings are quite good. There are big malls, restaurants, and a market that makes it easier for me to buy food.
