Wong Sawang MRT

i recently visited two properties in this building on the 31st floor and 27th floor. i was amazed at the complete lack of damage to the walls from the recent earthquake (march 2025) that hit bangkok. unlike other high-rise buildings i have visited recently, not a single crack was visible on the walls of the public or private areas within the building. it is a testament to the high quality of engineering, construction techniques and materials used by narai to complete this building.

because it is close to our office, my girlfriend and i bought this condo to live in. it's the first condo i've decided to buy, and it's a 2-bedroom unit. it has 2 bedrooms: a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. each room has been divided into proportions. there is also a small balcony, which i find very appealing due to its modern and simple design. in addition, the kitchen is built-in. the facilities are considered complete, as they include a swimming pool, a gym, a garden, and a sky lounge from which i can admire the breathtaking view. it is also easy to get around, as the wong sawang mrt station is about 100 meters away. it is accessible to get to the markets as numerous markets are surrounding, such as big c wong sawang, wong sawang market, and grand plaza, close to the project. my girlfriend and i love this condo.

it is a modern condo in the wong sawang area, close to wong sawang mrt station, making it easy and quick to get around. the project itself is beautifully designed according to its standards. besides, the condo has a height of 27 floors, and there are 3 types of rooms to choose from, with the perfect unit area size. for me, i live alone, and i choose 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. the usable area is good. the common area has comprehensive facilities, including a reception hall, gym, and large saltwater swimming pool. in addition, the project location is surrounded by shopping malls and marketplaces, such as chatuchak market, bangkapi market, etc. most importantly, the rental price of the condo here is reasonable, not too expensive. overall, i'm satisfied with this place.

this condo is next to wong sawang mrt, allowing easy access and close to the community mall and shopping malls, centralplaza rama 3, where my girlfriend loves to go. the security system is also standard, with a clean common area, but the gym is a small and spacious swimming pool. anyway, we've been here 3 times, and we stay in a 1 bedroom condo this time. the room is fully furnished, offering breathtaking landscapes. very impressed with every visit and will visit here again.
