i recently visited two properties in this building on the 31st floor and 27th floor. i was amazed at the complete lack of damage to the walls from the recent earthquake (march 2025) that hit bangkok. unlike other high-rise buildings i have visited recently, not a single crack was visible on the walls of the public or private areas within the building. it is a testament to the high quality of engineering, construction techniques and materials used by narai to complete this building. i think this is the only project in thailand that offers complete and excellent facilities. also, they have said that their facilities are spread across 30 floors, suitable for today's lifestyle and social distancing. there is a swimming pool, fitness room, yoga room, movie room, meeting room, etc. the room is quite spacious and also includes some good quality furniture. in addition, the condo is in a convenient location, perfect for people who work on the thon buri side. it is a very short walk to tao poon mrt station. there is also tao poon market opposite the project, very convenient! i bought this condo many years to live by myself because i work in the bang sue. i'm not disappointed that i decided to buy a condo in this project because the project is in a very good location, next to the main road, so it's convenient to go anywhere. there is a lot of public transportation, which is very suitable for people traveling by public transport. there are motorbike taxis, taxi meters, buses, and bang son bts station, which is not far from the project, just 1.5 kilometers away, and not far from convenience stores and department stores, making shopping very easy. in addition, the project has a modern design, 25-story building and full facilities on the 6th floor, such as a swimming pool, a fitness center and a garden, located on the 23rd and 24th floors, allowing the residents to relax fully. moreover, there are 2 types of rooms here: 1-2 bedrooms. the room i bought is a 1 bedroom unit, the standard size which is not very spacious, but it is a ready-to-move-in room with full furniture. overall, this is another accommodation that is worth buying. it is classified as a good condo in the prachachuen area. the project's facilities are fully functional. the project includes restaurants, cafes, beauty salons, and convenience stores. a taxi stand and a bus stop are in front of the project. the mrt station is about 3 minutes walking. traveling is very comfortable and flexible. i rate it as a 5-star hotel; although there are many units, everything is perfectly designed. the common area is also proportional and large enough to support the residents well. the security guards are also very diligent and friendly. the room's interior is in a modern style. all furniture is fully furnished. rental prices are more than reasonable for everything you get! i am at ease and secure living in this condo because of the strict security system. the room is beautifully decorated and livable, and what impresses me is the care and attention of this project. i don't regret buying a room here at all. the facilities are excellent. i use it all the time, especially the swimming pool and the gym. the project is also located near bang pho fresh market, lotus's pracha chuen, and tao poon market. the neighbors are friendly and lovely, so i truly recommend it from the heart of the one who lives here. by the way, it's also a good location. i bought this condo to live by myself. it's a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom room. i would say that the interior is decorated with modern furnishings. it's a built-in room. most importantly, the view of my room is stunning since it overlooks the view of the chao phraya river, which is so amazing. i think it's the highlight of this condo. plus, it is only 200 meters away from bang pho mrt, which saves a lot of time to travel, especially for me, who travels by mrt regularly. besides being located in a great location, there are also a variety of facilities like a 5-star hotel, which place facilities on the rooftop, such as a swimming pool, fitness center, garden, and lounge. honestly, swimming to see the view of the city in the evening is very satisfying. for me, this place meets the needs of people of working age, very worthwhile! this is a bit isolated project in nonthaburi, the actual skytrain station in front of the project is not in use. i find the units of poor quality and the overall management is mediocre. this project is good for people who work in nonthaburi. the facilities are just typical and not impressive. i have rented this condo for several years. it's a big project with up to 1,724 units. the facilities are complete, whether the swimming pool, the fitness center, the communal garden area, the parking space, or the 24-hour security system. the room i rented is a 1 bedroom unit, the interior is spacious and fully furnished. actually, there are 3 room types from studio to 2 bedroom unit. importantly, the project is close to bang pho mrt station and has many bus lines running through it. it actually gives a means to urban living. on top of that, 7-eleven, convenience stores, department stores, bang pho market, schools, and hospitals are within short range of commuting. it totally makes my life a lot easier. new condominium with a comfortable price. the project provides a free shuttle bus to mrt station. the project location is just 200 meters to bangson mrt station. besides, many retail shops are on-site, such as 7-eleven, coffee shops, restaurants, and salons. however, the limited parking spaces are the issue, which is not enough parking spaces for residents, even we park as double parking.
