the design of this house is my type. it is cozy and lovely because i am a big fan of japanese culture. i had the opportunity to visit their showroom. it is fantastic. the townhouse has three bedrooms. it is a perfect size for my family. most furniture is made of wood, is really strong, and looks minimal. the house is very well designed, and gets the sun and wind all through the day. very satisfying! excellent location, close to the city and numerous famous restaurants. moreover, it takes less than 15 minutes to get to chiang mai international airport. it is the best place. i do not know where there is a better place than here!!!

the condo is very quiet and private. there is a fitness center, a swimming pool, and parking spaces for those who live in the project. the staff here are nice, friendly, and helpful. the project location is excellent, located near chiang mai university, surrounded by a local community. there are a lot of restaurants, and the famous nimman area is just a few minutes' drives away.

a new project is designed very modernly and beautifully. the house's design is unique and suitable for my wife and me to have a lovely family. there are various facilities in the common area such as a swimming pool, car park, and relaxing poolside area. there are both thai and foreigners living here.

there is an excellent management team, solving problems quickly. also, the common area is clean and well-maintained. besides, the security guards are polite and friendly. the surrounding atmosphere is quiet and cozy. the house options are also available in a wide variety of sizes and types. the house is designed and used with standard materials typical of land and house. the view is more beautiful than i expected, overlooking the lake and doi kham mountain. most importantly, the location is also excellent. there are many great restaurants nearby, and it takes less than 10 minutes to get to the international airport. it's well worth it.

i used to lived in serene lake for about 6 years there are so many restaurant near maehia now these days such as the goodview and also its close to big c and ripping also if u take the underground tunnel outer ring u can quickly arrive at central festival.

i've moved into the project, and i can say it's worth paying. the house i bought has 2 stories, 3 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. the plot size is spacious, with a shady garden around the house. the indoor space is divided into a good proportion and decorated with a full range of furniture, including air conditioners, sofas, a dining set, and many more. inside the project, there are a tennis court, clubhouse, municipal park, and security guards. living here really gives me peace of mind.

i already made a reservation here because after viewing the sample room, i was very impressed. it didn't take a long time to decide. my family definitely voted to buy here. we decided to buy a 2-bedroom unit just in case we have a little one too. the atmosphere is quite peaceful and private. the project has only 43 units in total, making each room space spacious and private. besides, there is a european-style flower garden around the project for the residents to relax. the project facilities include a swimming pool, jogging track, fitness center, and a common multi-purpose area for those who want to change their workplace. as for the location, it's okay. the project is only 200 meters from the central festival and 10 minutes to chiang mai night bazaar. i think that it is convenient to travel.
