the lot is generously sized and surrounded by a lush, shaded garden that adds to the overall tranquility. the interior is thoughtfully laid out and comes fully furnished—everything from air conditioning units and a comfortable sofa to a full dining set and more. the community also offers great shared amenities like a tennis court, a clubhouse, a local park, and 24/7 security. it's been a really reassuring and enjoyable living experience.

i bought a 2 bedrooms unit here for our vacation home. we love the vibe of the community. the staff and the security guards are super nice. as it is our vacation home, we feel safe and we often ask the staffs to check our place from times to times. they recognize most residents. the staffs often call to verify our guests. definitely, we are well taken care of. and the location is perfect so close to everything. never travel anywhere longer than 10-15 minutes.

if you are looking for the best quality village. i recommend this project. the neighbors are mostly foreigners. it's a large village with many facilities inside, including the communal pool, the big park, the restaurant, the tennis court, and a good security system. if you are a nature lover, you are in the right place. it is full of greenery, plus, it is conveniently close to the main road.

the project is small, with a limited number of units. there is no overcrowding among the residents. each house is surrounded by a fence and has a 24-hour security system to ensure your safety. the project's location is excellent, as it is close to chiang mai international airport and chiang mai university, making it easy to find affordable food. i'm very impressed!

the design of this house is my type. it is cozy and lovely because i am a big fan of japanese culture. i had the opportunity to visit their showroom. it is fantastic. the townhouse has three bedrooms. it is a perfect size for my family. most furniture is made of wood, is really strong, and looks minimal. the house is very well designed, and gets the sun and wind all through the day. very satisfying! excellent location, close to the city and numerous famous restaurants. moreover, it takes less than 15 minutes to get to chiang mai international airport. it is the best place. i do not know where there is a better place than here!!!

the condo is very quiet and private. there is a fitness center, a swimming pool, and parking spaces for those who live in the project. the staff here are nice, friendly, and helpful. the project location is excellent, located near chiang mai university, surrounded by a local community. there are a lot of restaurants, and the famous nimman area is just a few minutes' drives away.

unique condo, decorated beautifully with winter flower garden and european green space. the project has complete facilities. the rooms range from 1-2 bedrooms, emphasizing airiness, adequate ventilation, and comfort of living. i can also enjoy the garden view. the project is also close to local amenities such as bangkok hospital chiang mai, big c extra chiang mai 2, chiang mai market, and chiang mai gate.

a new project is designed very modernly and beautifully. the house's design is unique and suitable for my wife and me to have a lovely family. there are various facilities in the common area such as a swimming pool, car park, and relaxing poolside area. there are both thai and foreigners living here.
